Pet Friendly Whistler Village Inn + Suites
In order to best accommodate you and your pet, please indicate when you make your reservation that you require a "Pet Friendly" room. Pet Rooms are only available by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-663-6418, as there is only limited availability. Please note if you do make a reservation online and request a Pet Room this room type cannot be guaranteed unless you call the hotel directly at the number above. If you and your pet arrive at the hotel and you have not requested a Pet Friendly Room by phone in advance, we may not be able to accommodate you and your pet, and any reservation deposits or prepayments will be forfeited.
Pet Policy & Acceptance Agreement
Welcome to the Whistler Village Inn & Suites. We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your pet. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies apply to your pet's stay. Pets are allowed only in Pet Friendly units and must be booked in advance or are otherwise subject to availability.
Pet Fee: Please be aware that an additional charge of $25.00 per day plus tax Pet Cleaning Fee will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest.
Acceptable Pets: We welcome all well mannered dogs, cats, birds and fish to a maximum of 50 lbs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease or urination / defecation in public areas. No more than two (2) pets may occupy a guest room. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of their pet, including, but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.
Pet Friendly Areas: Pets are allowed only in the following areas: your assigned guest room, hallway(s) leading to your room, to and from entrance and exit(s) and in the elevator. For your convenience, a waste receptacle is located on the exterior of the building (see Guest Service Associate at Front Desk). Please dispose of pet waste in the receptacle provided.
Pet Control / Containment in Public Areas: Pets must be leashed, caged or firmly held when they are in all common areas of the hotel including the lobby, driveway and elevator(s). Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. Pets must not be left unattended. Unattended pets will be removed from room at owner's expense.
Housekeeping: For the safety and comfort of your pet and our staff, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your pet.
Damage to Guest Rooms & Common Areas: Your account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet.
Release & Indemnification: The guest agrees to release, defend and indemnify Whistler Village Inn & Suites and Atlific Hotels from any and all claims or damages related to your pet or your pet's stay at Whistler Village Inn & Suites including any claims by third (3rd) parties.
You will be required to agree, accept and sign this PET POLICY & ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT when checking into the hotel with your pet.
